Why Is This Service Independent?
This website is an independent referral code request service — not run by Optical Express. We built it so that anyone considering Optical Express can easily request a referral code, rather than having to find someone they know who has already had treatment.
Optical Express's refer-a-friend programme allows existing patients to share a referral code with new customers. If Optical Express accepts the referral, the new patient may receive up to £300 off eligible treatments.
We are transparent about what this service is and isn't. We cannot guarantee any discount — that decision is made by Optical Express at the consultation stage.
How the Referral Process Works
- Request your voucher. Fill in the short form with your name and email address.
- Receive your code. We’ll email your referral voucher code and instructions, usually within 24 hours.
- Use it at your consultation. Present the voucher at your initial Optical Express consultation so it can be applied in line with their Refer a Friend terms.
If your recommended treatment is eligible under Optical Express's referral programme, a discount of up to £300 may be applied. Acceptance is determined by Optical Express — we cannot guarantee the discount will apply. See How It Works for the full process.
How We Handle Voucher Requests
We collect only what is needed to send your referral voucher. Your details are used solely to email you your referral voucher code and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests.
